Leonardo Gamarano is originally from Brazil and relocated to Canada with his family. He brings over 15 years of diverse professional experience across administration, finance, logistics, customer service, and the non-profit sector.
Leonardo was first introduced to the Saint John Newcomers Centre as a client while still in Brazil, gaining firsthand experience of the organization’s impact and support. Today, he is proud to contribute to that same mission by helping newcomers build connections, access opportunities, and feel a sense of belonging in their new community.
Passionate about empowering others, Leonardo is dedicated to fostering inclusive spaces and strengthening community engagement. He enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds and values the opportunity to learn from their experiences while supporting their journey in Canada.
